摘要
多机电力系统中,电力系统稳定器PSS的优化配置包括其安装地点的选择和参数的优化。提出了一种基于免疫0-1规划的PSS配置方法,这种方法采用二维编码策略,同时包含PSS安装地点和其参数。在PSS安装点选择部分,采用二进制编码实现PSS的选址;PSS参数优化部分运用十进制编码,采用免疫方法结合新型编码的交叉算子和变异算子对PSS的参数进行优化配置,采用免疫方法结合新型编码的交叉算子和变异算子对PSS的参数进行优化配置,采用免疫二次应答原理有效抑制了参数抗体在交叉、变异过程中的退化现象,提高了算法的收敛性和稳定性。仿真算例表明,该方法具有较好的PSS选址功能,同时对PSS参数优化也表现出良好的寻优能力,优化后的PSS用于系统后,系统低频振荡受到抑制,稳定性得到提高。
In a multi-machine power system, parameter optimization of power system stabilizers (PSS) includes selection of the site where the PSS should be installed and optimization of the PSS parameters. A method called immune 0 - 1 programming algorithm (IPA) is proposed to optimize PSS parameters. A two-dimensional coding strategy is adopted including sites where PSS should be installed and its parameters. The PSS equipped sites are encoded with binary. The decimal coding is used to represent the parameters of PSS. On the base of immune algorithm, new crossover and mutation operators are designed to optimize PSS parameters. Immune secondary response restrains the degeneration phenomenon during crossing and mutation of parameter antibodies, which improves the optimization convergence ,and stability. The numerical example shows that the algorithm can select optimal sites of PSS, and find out optimal parameters of PSS. It is shown that the power system with optimized PSS parameters can overcome the low frequency oscillating phenomenon, and the stability of the system is strengthened by a wide margin.
