摘要
在对设备维修模式及技术体系发展综述的基础上,指出适合具有较严重故障后果设备的维修决策新技术——基于风险的维修。针对当前电站单纯根据设备可靠性、维修费用或设备运行状态进行维修决策,而不能实现全局维修优化的问题,建立了基于风险的设备维修决策框架。该框架以综合设备可靠性和故障后果的风险作为维修优化目标,并利用故障树算法实现维修周期的优化。最后通过实例说明了基于风险的维修决策技术在电站设备中的应用方法。
Based on the review of maintenance modes and technique system development, a new maintenance decision technique of risk-based maintenance is proposed, which is adapt to equipment with severe fault effect. Aiming at the problem that maintenance decision is made just according to reliability, maintenance costs or operation condition in power stations, and the whole maintenance optimization can not be realized, a frame of risk-based maintenance decision is suggested. In the frame, the risk which integrating reliabili- ty and fault effect is used as maintenance optimization aim, and a fault tree algorithm is used to realize the optimization of maintenance interval. An instance is taken to explain how to use the risk-based maintenance decision technique to power plant equipment.
