摘要
目的研究补肾生精丸对生精细胞损伤大鼠精子运动能力的影响。方法SD雄性大鼠40只,随机分为5组:正常组、模型组、补肾生精丸大剂量组(480mg/kg)、补肾生精丸小剂量组(100mg/kg)、阳性对照组(五子衍宗丸480mg/kg),每组8只。采用腺嘌呤(250mg/kg)灌胃,诱发生精细胞损伤大鼠模型,通过计算机辅助精子分析系统(CASA)观察补肾生精丸对精子运动速度和运动方式的影响。结果各实验组可显著改善精子密度、活力、活率及动态参数曲线运动速度(VCL)、直线运动速度(VSL)、平均路径速度(VAP);大剂量组与阳性对照组疗效相似但优于小剂量组;平均移动角度(MAD)、精子头侧摆幅度(ALH)、摆动性(WOB)、各组均无显著差异。结论补肾生精丸具有改善精子密度、活力、活率及动态参数的作用。
Objective To study the influence of Bushenshengjing Pills on sperm motility in rats with spermatogenic cell lesion. Method SD, male, rate ( n = 40) ,were rendomty divided into 5 groups with 8 rats per group:the normal group, model group, high dose (480 mg/kg) of BushenShengJing Pills, low dose (100 mg/kg) of BuShunShengJing Pills group, and positive control group (fed with Wuziyanzong Pills, 480 mg/kg) ; The rat model of spermatogenic cell lesion was established by feeding adenine, and the influence of Bushenshengjing Pills on the velocity and motility of sperms through computer-assisted semen analysis (CASA). Results In all groups the sperm count, motility, motility rate, VCL, VSL and VAP of sperm were improved significantly. The group with high-dose Bushenshengjing Pills had a similar curative effect with the positive control group, and had a better curative effect than the group with lowdose Bushenshengjing Pills. The indexes of MAD, ALH and WOB had no significant difference among all groups. Conclusion Bushenshengjing Pills has the effect of improving sperm count, motility, motility rate and dynamic parameters.
