本文提出煤炭企业煤与非煤发展理论研究的必要性,分析了煤企业非煤产业发展的现状和发展方向,指出非煤产业应作为煤炭产业后续发展的支柱产业来认识和研究。提出要在研究煤炭自身发展规律、矿业城市辐射理论研究、煤业蜕变理论研究、煤业产业链研究、非煤产业企业研究、煤与非煤协同发展理论研究等理论研究的基础上,进行科学论证和长期规划调整,并以一种成熟的科学理论体系为指导,实现煤炭企业煤与非煤并重和可持续发展。

This article points out the necessity of theoretical research on coal and non-coal development for coal enterprises, analyzes the current conditions of non-coal industry development for coal enterprises and its dcvelopment direction, poses the view that the non-coal industry should be considered as the pillar industry of coal industry continuous development, It also holds the view thai on the basis of the theoretical researches （such as coal industry self-development regularity, coal city radiation . coat industry transformation, coal industry chain. non-coal industry enterprises theoretical researches, combined development of coal and non-coal induslry）, scientific argumentation and long-term program and adjustment shall be conducted, so as to ensure the equal focus and sustainable development of coal and non-coal industries in coal enterprises with a mutual scientific theoretical system as the guide line.
