靶域定向钻进技术在预注浆工程中的应用与研究

摘要 采用高精度靶域定向钻进技术,使用井下动力钻具及配套机具和目前国内最先进的JDT-6A型陀螺仪,借助计算机纠偏程序的运算,用图解法分析了顶角、方位和螺杆钻具及钻进行程的关系,快速有效地控制了钻孔顶角和方位角的变化,合理地选用钻进参数,使全部注浆孔都钻入设计靶域,为预注浆工程的顺利实施创造有利条件。 For the high-precision target domain directional drilling technology, the dynamical drilling tools together with matching machine and the domestic most advanced JDT-6A gyroscope are used. After computer rectification calculation, graphics are used to analyze the relationships among the vertex angle, locality, screw drilling tools and the drilling stoke, so that people could have a quick and effective control over the vertex angle and orientation angle changes of drilling holes and do a rational selection of the drilling parameters, and then all the grouting holes are drilled into the designed targel domain, bringing about the favorable conditions for smooth pre-grouting engineering.
