摘要
传统的发电厂输煤控制系统是一种基于继电接触器和人工手动方式的半自动化系统。随着发电厂规模的扩大,电厂煤量需求的提高,传统的输煤控制系统已无法满足电厂的需要。本文设计了一条两路多段互为备用的输煤系统,运用先进控制理论,本文对输煤系统进行认真的分析与研究,开发出了一套用于皮带传输控制的、基于控制总线的智能输煤控制系统,经过MATLAB仿真实验,表明了该智能输煤控制系统的实用性。
The traditional coal transfer control system of power plant is a half-automation system based on relay connect and manual work. with the development in scale, the coal requirement of power plants increases greatly and the traditional coal transfer system can't meet the needs of these power plants any more. It involves two subways, which consist of multiple and backup for each other. After sufficient analyses and research on coal transfer system technology, the paper proposed a intelligence coal transfer control system for belt transmission, which is based on control bus. The MATLAB simulating test demonstrates the intelligence coal transfer control system's practicability.
