胸腔镜下肺叶切除治疗早期非小细胞肺癌 被引量：11

摘要 胸腔镜手术作为一种成熟的微创手术技术在肺癌的诊断和姑息治疗方面的价值已经得到公认，取得了与传统开胸手术相同的结果。胸外科医师逐渐尝试将胸腔镜技术应用于肺叶切除中治疗早期非小细胞肺癌。1992年Lewis报道了世界上首例胸腔镜下肺叶切除术。此后，在欧、美等国许多医学中心开展了此类手术。尽管此术式已开展16年，
