高效液相色谱法测定炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂中苯酚的含量

Determination of Phenol in Calamine and Menthol Lotion by HPLC

目的:测定炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂中苯酚的含量。方法:采用HPLC法以Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(65:35),检测波长270nm。结果:苯酚的浓度在40～180mg.L-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.1%,方法精密度RSD=0.45%(n=5)。结论:该法简便、快速、准确,可作为炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂中苯酚的含量测定方法。

Objective：To delemine th Contents of Phenol in Calamine and Menthol Lotion. Methods： HPLC with kromasil C18 （4. 6 mm× 250 ram,5μm） column was used. The mobile phase was methanol and water （65：35 ）, The detective wavelength was 270 nm. Results： there was a good linear rela- tionship within the concentration range of 40 · 180 mg·L^-1 of phenol, （r = 0. 999 6 ）. The average recovery was 100. 1% and the method precision （RSD） was 0. 43% （n =5）. Conclusion：The method is simple, rapid and accurate The method is suitable to determine the phenol content in calamine and menthol Lotion.
