摘要 目的探讨银杏叶提取物(GBE)对癫痫发作的影响及对癫痫发作后脑损伤的保护作用。方法实验SD大鼠42只,随机分为两组,每组21只,分别用于银杏内酯B(GB)对钙超载的影响检测和活体下观察GBE对致痫大鼠的影响。结果GB剂量越大,对癫痫大鼠海马CA3区的钙超载减轻越明显;GBE剂量越大,癫痫发作的严重程度越轻,癫痫发作的潜伏期越长,海马CA3区的神经元丢失和神经细胞的凋亡数越少。结论GBE可以减轻癫痫状态下的钙超载,减轻癫痫发作的严重程度,减少神经元的丢失和神经元凋亡,对致痫大鼠具有脑保护作用。 Objective To explore the effects of Ginkgo Biloba Extract (GBE) on the PTZ-induced seizures and the protection of GBE on the brain injury by epileptic seizures. Methods 42 adult male SD rats were divided into two groups. Each group contained 21 rats. One group was used to measure the effect of bilobalide B (GB) on the calcium overloading in hippocampus CA3, another was used to observe the effects of GBE on the epileptic rats. Results The higher the doses of the GB were, the more obvious of the calcium overloading in hippocampus CA3 was lessened; The higher the doses of the GBE were, the slighter of the severity of epileptic seizures was and the longer of the latency epileptic seizures was. The numbers of neuronal loss and apoptosis were also more obviously decreased. Conclusions GBE can lighten calcium overloading, palliate the epileptic seizures and lessen the neuronal loss and apoptosis. It has Protection effects on the brain injury by PTZ-induced seizures.
