摘要
以80C196MC为控制核心,以SKiiP功率模块为开关器件构成了100kV·A逆变器。给出了所设计逆变器的总体结构,论述了逆变器的硬件设计和软件设计,详细介绍了80C196MC与SKiiP功率模块之间的接口设计。为了提高逆变器的抗干扰能力,提出了采用光纤传递80C196MC与SKiiP模块之间PWM信号的方案。试验结果表明所设计的逆变器达到了设计要求,具有较强的抗干扰能力,能满足恶劣电磁环境下的应用要求。
The design of 100 kV· A inverter based on micro- controller 80C196MC and power switch SkiiP module is presented. The structure of the inverter is introduced. The hardware and software of the inverter are described. The interface design between 80C196MC and SkiiP module is presented in detail. In order to improve the anti-interference of the inverter, the PWM transmission between 80C196MC and SkiiP module based on optical fiber is proposed. The experimental results show that the designed inverter can meet the design requirements, have the strong anti-interference, and can be applied to surroundings for the serious electromagnetic interference.
