A Try for the Electric Reformation of the Hydraulic Turning Brake on the Gantry Crane

针对安全隐患,提出对转车液压制动器进行电气化改造。介绍了液压制动器改造的几点做法以及改造后的几个功能,改造后试用效果,安全性能上优于原有系统。

Pointing against the safety peril, the electric reformation of the hydraulic turning brake has been put forward. This paper intrduces a few methods of the reform of the hydraulic turning brake and several functions got after reform. The results after reform is better than that of the original system in the safe performance.
