摘要
以上海某国有大中型建筑企业为范本,阐述了人才流失的情况,分析了人才流失的成因。从10个方面提出了寻求解决的对策和方法,以此把优秀的人才留住。
Tuking some large - middle type of the state - owned constructive enterpsise as example, this paper states the situation of the lost of the qualified persons, analyses the reason. Then it puts forwasd the countermeasures from 10 fields, so as to keep the outstanding qualified persons.
