Explore the Methods of Improving NTET on the Quality of Test

摘要 本文从广义的考试质量的角度,对全国中小学教师教育技术水平考试(NTET)质量控制作了初步地探索。影响NTET质量的因素主要有:考试大纲是否完善;培训与考试的衔接是否顺畅;命审题管理是否科学;命审题人员和考试管理人员的素质;制题技术水平和施考条件等。针对上述影响因素,提高NTET质量的方法主要有:完善考试大纲和考试内容;提高考试的信度和效度;完善命审题流程和命审题规范;提高命审题人员和考试管理人员的素质;提高制题技术水平和完善施考条件。 This paper explores the methods of improving NTET (National Teacher's Skill of Applied Educational Technology in Secondary and Elementary School) on the quality of test from the broader perspective. The quality of NTET is affected by the following factors, such as the perfectness of the test syllabus, the harmony between training and testing, the scientific level of the process of making and censoring the test, the quality of the test designers, censors and administrators, the technology of producing the test and the test environment. Based on the problems mentioned above, the following methods are put forward to improve the quality of NTET, including improving the test syllabus, increasing test reliability and validity, making the perfect process and principles of designing and censoring the test, promoting the quality of the designers, administrators and the technology of producing test, and bettering the test environment.
