The components characteristic and the die working procedure process are introduced. The structure of the ripped mouth die is made a formulation. The bending rebound quantity of the spring pieces has been calculated. The die of spring pieces with Z shape and S shape that can be punched at one time is designed. The die has the characteristic of simple-structure, reliable, simple-operating and high efficiency.
