摘要
铁缺乏和缺铁性贫血是一个全球性的营养问题。本文综合列举了目前常见的铁营养强化剂。针对不同食物载体,就选择适宜铁剂这一问题给出建议。另一方面详细介绍了新型铁营养强化剂NaFeEDTA,作为一种螯合性铁营养强化剂,具有生物利用率高、溶解性好、无铁味、无胃肠刺激、对其他微量营养素吸收无影响等优点,且正在全球范围内推广。目前在国际国内应用的状况表明,NaFeEDTA对改善大人群缺铁性贫血具有很好的效果,是公认理想的铁营养强化剂。
The iron deficiency and the iron-deficiency anemia is the major nutrition problem in the whole world. This paper introduced the current iron fortificants, include the analysis of their properties and application. For different food carrier, the choice of suitable iron is proposed. On the other hand, we introduced NaFeEDTA, as a chelating iron forti- ficant with high bioavailability, solubility, and without iron flavor , gastrointestinal stimulation. Application of NaFeED- TA showed that, effects of NaFeEDTA on iron deficiency iron deficiency anemia have drawn a great deal of attention, and it has been unanimously recognized for nutrition promotion.
