摘要
今年来随着国家环境政策、关税政策的变化,对我国的食品添加剂行业产生巨大影响。企业必须以改进生产技术水平来提高其竞争力。以色谱分离技术和膜分离技术为代表的现代分离技术,因其面向低污染、低能耗和高度自动化,被广泛应用于食品添加剂工业。本文介绍了色谱和膜过滤技术的原理,并重点介绍了这些绿色工艺在柠檬酸、赖氨酸、高果糖浆、葡萄糖母液回收和低聚糖生产领域的应用。
The change of the state environment policy and the trade duty policy impact the Chinese food additive industry a lot, which result in the manufactures have to improve the technology to increase the competitiveness. The advanced separation technologies include chromatographic separation and membrane filtration are applied in the food additive industry extensively, thank to their low effluent discharge, low energy consumption and automatic, The principle of chromatography and membrane were introduced, .and the case study of citric acid, lysine, high fructose syrup, glucose mother liquid recovery and oligosaccharides were discussed.
