关于公众参与,《城乡规划法》提出了规划公开的原则规定,确立将公众的知情权作为基本权利,明确了公众表达意见的方法和途径,强调了按公众意愿进行规划。随着《城乡规划法》的实施,规划师应具备社会沟通能力,加强社会活动组织能力和综合协调能力,以应对公众参与的前置情况。
Urban-rural planning law makes regulations on urban planning publication, acknowledges the public＇s right of awareness, and specifies the approach of public participation. With the implementation of urban-rural planning law, urban planners shall improve communication, organization, and coordination ability to deal with the preposition change of public participation.
