摘要
在经济全球化趋势下,我国旧城区更新与延续中存在的诸如旧城历史风貌保护与居住环境改善、社区社会经济网络维护与房地产开发利益之间的矛盾日益显现,这些矛盾不仅影响到旧城区居民的切身利益,还影响到城市的长远发展。在旧城区的更新与延续中,应正确处理好保护与发展的关系,做到既保护好祖先留下的文化遗产,又给后人留下"历史年轮"不断前进的文化印迹。
In the globalization process, old district regeneration has contradictions such as old city conservation and neighborhood construction, community life network conservation and real estate development. These contradictions have influenced not only old city people＇s benefit but also the city＇s long-term development. In the regeneration and conservation, their relationship shall be dealt with carefully to protect the heritage as well as to continue city development.
