摘要
采用离子渗氮技术能进一步提高汽车模具使用寿命,在模具表面形成一层比基体材料硬度和强韧性更高的耐疲劳渗氮层,可以在保持模具表面减少热疲劳裂纹的萌生与扩展前提下,充分发挥离子渗氮提高模具抗热变形和热磨损的能力,使模具寿命大大延长。
The service life of automotive mould will be improved further by ionitriding technology. On the surface of mould a fatigue-resistance nitrided layer is formed, the layer' s hardness and obdurability are higher than base material. The service life will be extended much more in the reason of that crack growth of heat fatigue reduced and ionitriding improved the capability of mould to resist heat distortion and heat abrasion.
