摘要
采用常用的HPHT(高压高温)合成方法,研究了CBN的粒度、组装方式等工艺参数对PCBN性能的影响。研究结果表明:CBN的粒度对PCBN性能有很大的影响,当D_(max)/D_(min)越接近1,PCBN样品的磨耗比和硬度较低;双碳管双盐管的组装方式优于单盐碳管的组装方式。
The effects of the grain size of CBN (cubic boron nitride) and their ways of assembly with metals on the performance of PCBN (Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride) were studied. The CBN grain size has large effects on the performance of PCBN. PCBN of Dmax/Dmin close to 1 showed lower abrasion ratio and hardness. The assembly with double carbon-salt tube is better than that with the single carbon-salt tube.
