摘要
采用沉降实验、粒度分析等手段对含纳米ZnO的水溶液、釉料和陶瓷成品进行了表征。研究了纳米ZnO在水和釉料中的分散行为、纳米ZnO对陶瓷成品性能的影响。结果表明,纳米ZnO在水中最佳分散条件为:0.8%(质量分数,下同)混合表面活性剂、2.0%纳米ZnO、pH 9;纳米ZnO在釉料中最佳分散条件为:0.8%混合表面活性剂、4.0%纳米ZnO、pH9。陶瓷成品光泽度提高7.14%,烧成温度降低约15℃。
The stability and size distribution ofZnO nanopowders in aqueous solution, and their effects on the glaZe and the final ceramics were studied. The optimal nano dispersion systems were obtained by dispersing 2.0 wt% ZnO into water containing 0.8 wt% surfactants of sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) and disodium hexadecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate (MADS 0.8%) at pH value of 9. The optimal dispersion of the nano ZnO in the glaze was achieved at 0.8 wt.% surfactant and 4.0wt.% ZnO at pH value of 9. Under these conditions, the surface quality of the final ceramics was improved to 7.14 % with the sinter temperature reduced by 15 ℃.
