退火处理Bi-2223/Ag超导带材

摘要 将经常规热处理制备而成的Bi-2223/Ag超导带材在某一温度区间再进行后退火处理,以改善带材中的Bi-2223晶粒之间的连接状况,提高带材的超导性能。然后用四引线法测量样品的临界电流及其在磁场中的角度依赖性,用XRD和SEM分析样品的微观结构。实验结果表明,后退火处理提高了Bi-2223/Ag超导带材的临界电流,改善了带材在磁场中的性能。 The fully reacted Bi2223/Ag tapes were heat treated again under certain conditions in order to improve the connectivity of Bi-2223 grains and the superconducting properties, namely post-annealing. The critical current and angular dependence of critical current were measured using four probe method. The microstructure and phase composition were analyzed using XRD and SEM. Experimental results show that the post-annealing process at low temperature in reduced oxygen partial pressure can improve the superconducting properties of Bi-2223/Ag tapes.
