沉淀法制备纯立方相偏钛酸锌纳米粉及表征 被引量:2

Preparation and Characterization of Cubic Zinc Metatitanate Nano-Powders via the Precipitation Process

摘要 以工业偏钛酸和ZnSO_4为原料,Na_2CO_3做沉淀剂,由液相沉淀反应制备立方相纳米偏钛酸锌粉体,采用DSC、XRD、TEM、FTIR等一系列分析测试手段进行表征。结果表明,600℃下煅烧3h可制得纯立方相纳米ZnTiO_3粉体,粒径约为60~130 nm,在更高温度下立方相ZnTiO_3将向六方相ZnTiO_3转变,并进一步分解为Zn_2TiO_4和金红石TiO_2。 Cubic zinc metatitanate (ZnTiO3) nano-powders were prepared by the precipitation process using industry grade titanic hydroxide and ZnSO4 the reactants and Na2CO3 as a precipitant. DSC, XRD, TEM and FTIR were employed to characterize the powders.Results showed that pure cubic phase of ZnTiO3 nano-powders were formed with the size of 60~130 nm calcined for 3 h at 600℃. A more higher temperature led to transformation of the cubic phase of ZnTiO3 to the hexagonal ZnTiO3 phase and its decomposition into Zn2TiO4 and rutile TiO2.
