摘要
研究了无压烧结工艺制备异型B_4C陶瓷制品时的工艺条件对材料性能与结构的影响。结果表明:采用适宜粒度的碳化硼超细粉,添加少量成型和烧结助剂,经干压成型或注浆成型工艺,在真空感应炉中最高温度2050℃时保温1 h无压烧结条件下,可获得相对密度96%~97%的异型B_4C陶瓷制品。采用注浆成型的试样和干压成型试样相比性能、结构较好,但略差于热压烧结试样。
The effects of processing conditions on the properties and microstructure of heteromorphosis B4C ceramics prepared by pressureless sintering were investigated. Results showed that the relative density of the B4C ceramic attained 96%~97% by dry pressing or slurry casting moulding in use of B4C ultrafine powders of appropriate particle size and with addition of a small amount of additives. The sintering was conducted in vacuum induction furnace at 2050 ℃for 1 h. The properties and microstructure of the slurry cast B4C ceramic were improved comparing with dry pressing, but poorer than those of the hot pressing sintered B4C ceramic.
