摘要
以(NH_4)_2HPO_4为沉淀剂采用共沉淀法合成了亚微米级绿色荧光粉LaPO_4∶Ce,Tb(LAP),研究了不同Ce含量和不同pH值对颗粒形貌和结晶性能的影响。XRD和SEM测试结果表明:LaPO_4∶Ce,Tb(LAP)属于正磷酸盐单斜晶系的独居石结构,当Ce^(3+)含量为0.2 mol、pH=7时,产物的杂质相最少,颗粒度及物相最佳,结晶程度较好;粉料颗粒近似为球形,颗粒尺寸范围为148~376 nm。
Sub micron LaPO4:Ce,Tb (LAP) green phosphors was prepared by co-precipitation method with the (NH4)2HPO4 as the precipitator. The influence of different content of Ce and the pH values on the structure and performance of the LaPO4:Ce, Tb (LAP) phosphors were studied. The XRD and SEM photographs showed that the structure of LaPO4:Ce, Tb (LAP) was belong to the monazite phase in phosphate monoclinic system. As the content of Ce^3+ was 0.2 mol and pH=7, the powder particles appeared in spherical shape with size ranging from 148 nm to 376 nm, and had a higher degree of crystallinity.
