摘要
在单质硅凝胶注模体系中,以PAA-NH_4为分散剂,考察其对于高固相含量,稳定的单质硅料浆的影响。研究分散剂PAA-NH_4在制备高固相含量,低粘度,高稳定性粗颗粒料浆中的作用。结果表明,当分散剂PAA-NH_4用量为0.020-0.030 g/mL时,可以制备固相含量高达50%(体积分数),粘度较低,Zeta电位较高的料浆,适宜凝胶注模的操作。通过绘制等温吸附曲线,研究分散剂在颗粒表面的吸附形态,探讨该料浆稳定性的成因。
The effect of poly(acrylic acid) ammonium(PAA-NH4) dispersant on high solids loading and stable silicon suspensions was characterized. The slurry of 50 vol% solids loading with low viscosity and high zeta potential was obtained using the concentration of PAA-NH4 of 0.020-0.030 g/mL in the premix solution. Absorption curve was measured and the absorption modality of PAA-NH4 on silicon particles was discussed.
