Ba_2Zn_2Fe_(12)O_(22)铁氧体和弛豫铁电体PMZNT复合材料的制备

摘要 采用陶瓷制备工艺成功制备了Ba_2Zn_2Fe_(12)O_(22)铁氧体和铁电性PMZNT的复合材料,并借助于TMA,XRD,SEM和VSM技术,对所制备复合材料的共烧特性、相组成、显微结构和磁性能进行了研究。结果表明,Ba_2Zn_2Fe_(12)O_(22)铁氧体和PMZNT的烧成收缩和烧成收缩率存在明显的差异;复合材料由Ba_2Zn_2Fe_(12)O_(22)和PMZNT两相组成;复合材料具有良好的显微结构。复合材料呈现软磁铁氧体典型的磁滞回线。 Composites of Ba2Zn2Fe12O22 ferrite and relaxor ferroelectric PMZNT were prepared, and cofiring, phase and magnetic properties of the composites were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermomechanical analysis (TMA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). Ba2Zn2Fe12O22 and PMZNT exhibited different shrinkage and rate. The composites consisted of ferroelectric PMZNT phase and ferromagnetic Zn2Y phase. The composites are of high density and fine-grained microstructure, and they exhibited good magnetic hysteresis.
