BNT-BZT压电陶瓷准同相界处材料性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究(1-x)(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))TiO_3-xBa(Ti_(0.95)Zr_(0.05))O_3(BNT-BZT)体系陶瓷的准同型相界,以及陶瓷材料的微观结构和性能之间的关系。BNT-BZT陶瓷体系在富BNT和Zr含量低的区域存在准同型相界,在相界附近可能得到性能优良的无铅压电陶瓷,相界点在x≈0.1这个区域内。将BNT陶瓷和BZT陶瓷固溶后能够得到d_(33)大于150 pC/N,居里温度在240℃左右,介电常数在900左右的性能良好的无铅压电陶瓷。 The NBT-BZT ceramics were prepared along the route of solid state reaction. In particular, the study focused on the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the BNT-based ceramics in connection to the MPB compositions of the NBT-BZT ceramics. When x≈0.1, the phase transition from rhombohedral to tetragonal was observed. This indicates the existence of the morphotropic phase boundary in the BNT-BZT system. The maximum piezoelectric constant was determined to be 150 pC/N and the Curie temperature was 240 ℃. The d33 was around 900, these properties make the present system of ceramics promising for the lead-free piezoelectric ceramics.
