摘要
分析中国建陶生产的现状及基本的生产流程,掌握关键工序及主要质量缺陷;结合视像检测技术,提出一套建陶生产的在线质量测控及管理系统的基本模型。描述系统的结构,数据的定义与构成,以及如何将自动检测技术获取的数据用适当的控制图表现出来,并在集成的质量管理系统得到充分利用,以达到智能化持续质量改进的目的。
A model of the online quality inspection and management system for ceramic tiles manufacturing is presented. The current status and basic production flowchart of Chinese ceramic tiles manufacturing is analyzed, and the primary processes and quality defects are outlined. With the assistance of advanced dynamic photometric stereo technology, the quality data can be captured online and transmitted to an integrated quality system where the interpretation process, especially the control charts is designed and implemented. The system structure, the definition of the data and the outline of the integrated quality system are illustrated.
