微弧氧化钛合金表面形成含钙磷生物梯度涂层研究 被引量:3

摘要 以醋酸钙、磷酸氢二钙、乙二胺四乙酸二钠和氢氧化钠作为电解液,采用微弧氧化(MAO)技术在钛合金表面制备了含钙磷涂层。表征了MAO涂层表面及内部显微组织结构和元素分布特征,讨论了MAO涂层的形成过程。结果表明MAO涂层表面具有多孔特征,主要含有Ti、O、Ca和P等元素。涂层与基体结合良好。同时,MAO涂层内部致密。MAO涂层生长表现为快速生长和缓速生长2个阶段。钛合金表面形成的二氧化钛基含钙磷涂层具有梯度分布结构。该MAO涂层具有生物医学应用潜力。 Microarc oxidation (MAO) of titanium alloys in an electrolyte that contained calcium acetate (CA), calcium dihydrogen phosphate (Ca(H2PO4)2·H2O), disodium ethylenediaminetetracetate (EDTA-2Na) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) was performed to produce the Ca and P containing gradient biocoatings on the titanium alloy surfaces. The structure and their formation of the MAO coating were investigated. The surface of the MAO coating appeared porous containing Ti, O, Ca and P. The MAO coating was dense and adhered well to the substrate. The MAO coating displayed two stages of growth, involving a quick growth and slow growth. The structure of graded surface was observable in the MAO coating. This MAO coating has potential biomedical applications.
