摘要
本文介绍了应用虚拟仪器模糊控制方法实现全自动恒压供水。在整个控制过程中通过Labview8.2编程实现了供水系统的自调整,达到恒压、节能的效果,同时将压力数据绘成图表,并保存压力数据,通过分析每天的数据图表,来优化控制系统,此套系统可以完成实时测量及动态水压信号的分析、处理、在线监测等功能,并且减少了系统硬件设备,缩短了开发周期。经一年的实际运行,本套系统取得了较好的效果。
In the dissertation, a virtual instrument fuzzy controller has realized full-auto constant pressure water supply to feed water system. Using Labview8. 2 programme, the feed water system controller can adjust itself to get a constant pressure as well as saving energy. At the same time all data about the water pressure were graphed and saved, so we can optimize the controller based on the analysis of these charts day by day. The system can realize the real-time measurement and analyze, process, on-line monitor the dynamic data of water pressure. More important, equipment is reduced and the time for exploration is saved. The method has got a good result during the operation of one year.
