摘要
直流稳压电源输出幅度稳定度的测量问题,必须实时采集数据绘制波形图,并以不同保存方式保存真实的反映测试过程的测量数据,本文介绍了在LabVIEW8.5开发环境下,通过GPIB接口控制Agilent34401A实现实时幅度测量数据采集,并将采集数据实时描绘成波形图及多种数据保存方式的程序设计方法。该程序与波形记录仪功能相仿,可以反映被测物理量的变化趋势,它不仅扩展了仪器功能,还具有采集时间间隔任意设置、波形打印、数据存盘等功能。
The paper mainly discuss the test of the output range stability of the DC stabilization voltage source. To display the data in the progress of the test, we must collect real-time data to plot the waveform and can save data in different ways. To achieve this purpose, the paper introduces the design of program to control the Agilent 34401A by GPIB interface in the environment of the LabVIEW 8. 5. The program displays the change of the measured and achieves the function of the waveform analyzer. It not only expands the function of instrument, but also has the function of time interval setting, waveforrn printing and data saving to disk etc.
