摘要 本文介绍了基于霍尔传感器,采用单片机C8051F060控制的直流电机转速测量控制系统的工作原理及软硬件设计方法。通过7279实现在LED上直观地显示电机的转速值。此外,还可以根据需要调整控制电机的转速。测试结果表明,该转速测量系统满足设计要求,并且具有硬件结构简单,性价比较高,易于调节电机转速及系统性能稳定等优点。 The paper presents operating principle of rotating speed tachometer based on Hall sensor consisting of a microcontroller C8051F060, software and hardware configurations and their design method. Its real-time speed values are directly displayed on LED by using 7279. Besides, the device can adjust and control rotating speed of electromotor. Experimentation shows the method of rotating speed tachometer can meet a demand for design. It has advantages of the hardware in structure being simple, high cost performance, motor's speed being prone to adjust, system performance and stability.
