摘要
利用海产蛤类治疗肿瘤,在我国古代已有记载,但从实验室证实海蛤Mercenaria mercenaria的抗癌活性还是60年代以后的事。据文献介绍,前人所研究的海蛤提取物,其主要成份是一类糖蛋白化合物。由于含有致敏源,故临床应用困难。我们考虑,生物体内的蛋白类物质的合成过程,与生物体内的核酸物质有着密切的关系。
The present paper discusses the anti-cancer activity of nucleic acid extracted with cold phenic acid from live Meretrix meretrix collected from the seashore of the Yexian county in Shandong Province. Animal experiment shows that Meretrix meretrix nucleic acid possesses an inhibiting effect on the animal cancer without hypersensitive reaction and a promoting effect on the leukocyte and macrophagocyte systems of the animals with cancer. These characters not only make its clinical use possible, but also help alleviate the untoward reaction of chemotherapeutic drugs.
