摘要
学术期刊建设网站是其网络信息化的重要表现形式。以此,针对《图书馆建设》新旧网站对比分析,提出软件技术优化、期刊国际化、提高编辑水平、实行开放获取等完善措施,以推动《图书馆建设》网络信息化稳定、可持续的发展。
Academic journals constructing site is its important manifestation of information network. According to analysis of past and present web sites of Library Development, this paper proposes many measures：optimization of software technology; internationalization of journals; improvement of editing level; the implementation of open access. All of these measures promote the stable and sustainable development of the information network of Library Development.
