嵊州市渔业经济可持续发展中的问题与对策

The problem and its countermeasures in sustainable development of fishery economy in Shengzhou City

可持续发展是指人口、经济、社会、环境和资源相互协调的发展,其实质就是经济发展既要满足当代人的各种需要,又不至于对后代人的需求构成危害的发展模式。本文分析了嵊州市渔业经济可持续发展中存在的主要问题,如可持续发展观念淡薄、渔业资源衰退及环境恶化、科技开发能力弱、水产品质量安全及效益下降、渔业资源增殖保护管理任务重等问题。面对新的发展阶段,应把可持续发展观念引入渔业经济,注重保护渔业资源及生态环境,加大科技投入,调整优化产业结构,强化管理,依法治渔,以保障渔业持续稳定健康发展。

The paper has analyzed major problems in sustainable development of fishery economy in Shengzhou city. The major problems include that the concept of sustainable development become indifferent dim, the fishery resources are decline, ecology environment are getting worse, the capacity of science and technology development are getting lower, seafood quality and safety are decline, comprehensive benefit are falling down, etc. Therefore, the authors have put forward that the concept of sustainable development should be introduced to fishery economy, we should pay more attention to protecting fishery ＇resources and ecology environment, science and technology inputs should be increased, structure of fishery industry should be adjusted, fishery law and its management should be enhanced in order to ensure healthy and sustainable development of fishery industry.
