摘要
高素质的教师队伍是提高办学质量和效益的根本保证,而师资培训工作又是师资队伍建设的一项永恒课题。积极开展校本培训是提高教师教育教学水平的有效途径。在校本培训中,必须明确校本培训的特点,选择适当的培训模式,从而促进教师专业成长。
Teachers with high quality is the foundamental guarantee to improve the quality and benefits of running a school. Meanwhile, co training the persons qualified to teach is the eternal task for teacher construction. Therefore developing school - oriented training actively is an effective way for enhancing teachers＇ teaching level. During the course of training, we should make its charactristics clear and select proper modes in order to accelerate teachers professional development.
