摘要
目的:建立薄层色谱扫描(TLC)测定贯叶连翘粗提物中金丝桃素含量的方法。方法:在 Na_2CO_3溶液处理过的硅胶 G板上用石油醚-乙酸乙酯-甲醇(1:4:2)混合展开剂上行展开后,采用日本岛津 CS-930型薄层色谱扫描仪,在检测波长591nm 处进行 TLC 定量测定。结果:金丝桃素点样量在0.0~14.4μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r 为0.9892,回收率范围为96.4%~1130.1%。结论:本方法操作简便、快速,结果准确可靠。
Objective:Building a method to determine hyperforcin in Hypericam perforatum L. with TLC Scanning. Methods:The sample was separated on silica (G) with mixtime solvent of petroleum ether/EtOAc/CH3 OH(1:4:2) , the silica G is treated by the Na2CO3 solvent. The CS-930 scanning densitometer of Shimadzu was selected. The detection wavelength was 591 nm. Result:The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.0-14.4 μg for hyperforcin(r=0.9892). The range of recoveries were 96.4%-100.1%. Conclusion:The method is rapid,accurate and reliable.
