摘要
目的:建立测定酚磺乙胺含量的新方法。方法:在1.2 mol·L^(-1)H_2SO_4介质中,酚磺乙胺被重铬酸钾氧化,利用紫外检测器于250 nm 测定其氧化产物的吸收值。结果:酚磺乙胺的摩尔吸光系数(ε)为1.8×10~4 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),并在0.12~36μg·mL^(-1)范围内符合比尔定律,其线性回归方程为:A=0.00364+0.0651C(C 的单位为μg·mL^(-1)),相关系数 r=0.9999,检测限为0.08μg·mL^(-1)。该法用于注射液、尿液中酚磺乙胺含量的测定,回收率可达92.5%~105.3%。结论:建立了测定酚磺乙胺含量的简单、快速、选择性好和灵敏度较高的方法。
Objective:To develop a new method for the determination of ethamsylate. Method:In 1.2 mol·L^-1sul-phuric acid solution,ethamsylate can be oxidized by potassium dichromate to form an oxidation product determined by UV-spectrophotometry at 250 nm. Results: The molar absorption coefficient (g) is 1.8×10^4 L· mol^-1·cm^-1. The reaction obeyed Beer's law within the range of 0. 12-36.0 μg·mL^-1 ,the linear equation is A =0.00364+0.0651c(r=0.9999)for the investigated drug,and the detection limit is 0.08 μg ·mL^-1.The drug recovery rate is 92. 5%-105.3% with the developed methods to determine injection of ethamsylate form and urine samples. Conclusion:The developed method is simple,rapid,specific and sensitive for determination of ethamsylate.
