特种陶瓷炉控制系统的人机界面设计

本文介绍了由安装了WinCC组态软件的工控计算机及S7-200系列的的可编程控制器(PLC)组成的特种陶瓷炉自动化系统。通过上位机进行集中控制,监视器可以获得系统的水温、水压、炉温、真空度等数据。工控机的操作人员可根据信息进行不同的控制和操作。与传统的控制相比,这种自动控制方式不仅节约了大量的人力资源,提高了生产效率,也极大地改善了工人的工作环境。

This paper introduces the installation of the software configuration Wincc Industrial Com puter and Siemens S7-200 series Programmable Logic Controller （PLC） formed a special ceramic furnace automation systems. PC through centralized control, the system can monitor temperature, pressure, temperature, vacuum, and other data. Industrial machine operators under different information for the control and operation. With the traditional control, which, as compared to control not only means saving a tremendous amount of human resources, improve the efficiency of production, also greatly improve the working environment for workers.
