陶瓷膜脉冲流膜过程制备发酵用无菌无热源洁净空气

摘要 利用无机陶瓷膜孔径分布一致性好和高抗污染的性能[1],选择截留分子量10kD的无机陶瓷膜,采取脉冲流膜过程制备发酵用无细菌、无病毒、无热源的绝对级洁净空气,达到100%的截留细菌、病毒、热源。解决了有机膜制备发酵用洁净空气中存在的漏菌、无法截留病毒和热源的问题。膜的清洗周期从24h延长到30d,为制备发酵用清洁空气提供了一种新型方法。 The 10kD inorganic-membrane was used to make undefiled air without germ and pyrogen for fermentation by pulse flows, this membrane has good performance such as consistently-distributed aperture and high-antipollution. Comparatively, using organic-membrane can cause germ-leakage and it can' t intercept virus or pyrogen, By this way, using inorganic-membrane could solve all the problems above, Further, the cleaning progress can be enlonged from 24h to 30d. This technology supports a new way for the preparation of the undefiled air for the fermentation.
