紫苏不同部位中乌索酸和齐墩果酸的含量比较 被引量:7

摘要 采用超声技术提取紫苏不同部位中乌索酸和齐墩果酸,建立RP-HPLC法测定其含量。色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(87:13),光电二极管阵列检测器,检测波长210nm,流速0.8mL/min,柱温28℃。乌索酸进样量在0.359~5.744μg,齐墩果酸进样量在0.174~2.784μg时呈现良好的线形关系,平均加样回收率分别为98.53%和98.36%,RSD分别为1.3%和1.5%。方法灵敏、准确,重现性好,可用于紫苏中乌索酸与齐墩果酸含量的测定。 Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid from Perillalinn were extracted by supersonic technology, and RP-HPLC method for the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid was developed. Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid was separated and analyzed on Kromasil C18 column (250mm ×4.6mm, 5μm) using methanol-water(87:13) as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.8mL/min. UV detection was at 210nm and the column temperature was 28℃. An average recovery of 98.53% was obtained with a RSD of 1.3% in the range of 0.359-5.744μg for ursolic acid, and an average recovery of 98.36% was obtained with a RSD of 1.5% in the range of 0.174-2.784μg for oleanolic acid. HPLC method was proved to be sensitive, fast and accurate It can be used for the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Perillalinn.
