正常中国成年人足底压力分析

Analysis of the plantar pressure distribution of the normal Chinese adult

[目的]研究正常中国成年人足底压力分布。[方法]使用F-scan足底压力分析系统收集100例志愿者站立、行走、慢跑、上、下楼梯的足底压力分布数据,分析5种生理状态的足底压力分布,以及性别、身高、体重、体重指数、步速等因素对足底压力分布的影响。[结果]正常中国成年人5种生理状态的足底压力分布各有特点,静、动态差别显著;四种动态方式中,以水平行走的步态最为稳定,步速加快和上、下楼导致步态不稳;性别对足底压力分布的影响无显著性意义,步速的影响则有显著性意义,身高、体重、体重指数与足底压力分布呈弱相关。[结论]中国正常人的足底压力分布具有独特性,本实验得出的数据可对临床足底压力分析工作提供参考。

[ Objective] To research the plantar pressure disLribution of the normal Chinese aduh. [ Method l The F -scan plantar pressure analysis system was used to collect plantar pressure distribution data of 100 volunteers who stand, walk, jug, go upslairs and downstairs. The plantar pressure distribution data of 5 kinds of physiological states, as well as iufluence of sex, height, body weight, hody mass index and speed was analyzed. [ Result] There＇s different characteristic between 5 kinds of states of the plantar pressure distribution in the Chinese normal adults. There＇s significant difference between static and dynamic. In four dynamic motious, the gait of walk was stalest, and it became unstable if speed up and go upstairs or dowustairs. As fur the influential factors of the plantar pressure distribution, there was non - significance of sex. But the speed had the significance. The height, the body weight, tire BMI had weak correlation with the plantar pressure distribution. [ Conclusion] The plantar pressure distribution of normal Chinese adults has the distinctive quality. The data obtained by this experiment, may provide the reference lot the clinical plantar pressure analysis.
