脂联素与2型糖尿病肾病及糖尿病病程的相关性

摘要 脂联素(adiponectin)在糖尿病慢性并发症的发生发展中起重要作用,很多研究表明,脂联素与糖尿病大血管病变相关,我们测定2型糖尿病肾病(DN)不同发展阶段血清脂联素水平,旨在探讨脂联素与2型糖尿病病程的相关性。
