摘要
总结了解决NiAl金属间化合物室温脆性的途径,并介绍作者提出的"稀土协同强韧化NiAl金属间化合物及涂层材料"研究结果。在热喷涂喂料中加入稀土或同时加入稀土与其它合金元素,通过抑制NiAl金属间化合物的室温脆性,可以制备出有一定厚度、完好连续、均匀致密的NiAl金属间化合物涂层,可以使NiAl金属间化合物涂层的硬度、耐磨性、热振抗力和防渗碳能力大幅度提高。此类新型的NiAl金属间化合物涂层在飞机、化工、石油、天然气、钢铁制造工业等领域有很好的应用前景。
The approaches for improving the room temperature plasticity and toughness of intermetallics were summarized, and the authors' research results of "strengthening and toughening NiAl intermetallics and intermetallic coatings materials with rare earth" were also introduced. The rare earth elements or the rare earth + other alloying agents were added into the thermal sprayed feedstock,by which the brittleness of the NiAl intermetallics at room temperature can be inhibited. The modified NiAl intermetallic coatings with certain thickness, fine continuous and homogeneous density were prepared consequently. The hardness, wear resistance, thermal shock resistance and carburizing resistance of the NiAl intermetallic coatings were improved greatly. This new NiAl intermetallic coating can be applied in the fields of airplane, chemistry, petroleum, natural gas and steel manufacture.
