摘要
对高温超导带材在脉冲电流下的电磁特性进行了实验与仿真研究。实验部分对不同频率过电流下的伏安特性进行了测量,仿真部分运用有限元方法分析了电流和磁场分布特点。结果表明:在超导丝中,电流会因为频率的升高而呈现集肤效应,频率越高电流越向带材边缘集中,但与常规导体所不同的是,由于超导体各向异性的特点,边缘的非平行自场使该区域临界电流下降,导致电流密度最大的地方不是在带材的边缘,而是趋向于分布在磁场较弱的带材中部。
This paper describes an experimental and numerical study on the transient electromagnetic behavior of HTS tape under the pulse current. Experimentally ,the voltage - current curves were measured under various frequencies. In the simulation, we calculated the current distribution and electromagnetic fields in HTS tape by the finite element method. It shows that, at high frequency, the transport current concentrates to the outer superconducting filaments because of the skin effect. However, due to the anisotropy, the central part of the filaments carries more current than the outer part.
