摘要
目的:观察复方麦冬丸(CMP)的祛痰和抑菌作用。方法:采用小鼠气管酚红排泌实验观察CMP的祛痰作用。以咽喉及上呼吸道常见致病菌肺炎双球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、类白喉棒状杆菌、化脓性链球菌为受试菌,分别通过体外抑菌和体内抑菌实验来观察CMP的抑菌作用。结果:CMP中、高剂量组能显著促进小鼠气管酚红排泌,而低剂量组则没有明显祛痰作用。CMP对肺炎双球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、类白喉棒状杆菌、化脓性链球菌在体外研究中均表现出一定的抑制作用。其最小抑菌质量浓度分别为0.05,0.025,0.025,0.025g.mL-1。CMP3个剂量组在体内研究中均可显著提升菌液感染小鼠的存活率。结论:CMP祛痰作用较好。对咽喉及上呼吸道常见致病菌肺炎双球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、类白喉棒状杆菌、化脓性链球菌有一定的抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the eliminate phlegm and bacteriostatic action of compound Maidong pills(CMP). METHODS Mouse trachea secretion contents of phenol red were tested to observe the eliminating phlegm effect of CMP. Bacteriostasis in vivo and in vitro experiments of pneumococci, Staphylococcus aureus, Corynebacterium diphtheroides and streptococcus pyogenes was examined respectively to observe antibiosis effect of CMP. RESULTS CMP medium and high doses showed significant effect on mouse trachea secretion of phenol red. But CMP low dose did not show the same effect. CMP showed some extents of antibiosis effect to pneumococci, Staphylococcus aureus,Corynebacterium diphtheroides and streptococcus pyogenes in vitro experiment. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) were 0.05,0. 025,0. 025,0. 025 g·mL^-1, respectively, CMP showed significant protection effect on infected mouse in vivo experiment. CONCLUSION CMP have good eliminating phlegm effect and antibiosis effect on pneumococci, Staphylococcus aureus, Corynebacterium diphtheroides and streptococcus pyogenes.
