摘要 目的:确定连贞滴丸最佳成型工艺。方法:以滴丸的丸重变异系数、溶散时限、外观及硬度作为综合评定指标,对药物浸膏与基质的比例、基质配比(PEG 4000:PEG 6000)、药液温度进行正交试验设计,优选出滴丸最佳成型工艺。结果:以稠浸膏-基质(1:4),PEG 4000-PEG 6000(1:1),药液温度控制在75℃,冷凝液为液体石蜡,上层石蜡温度控制在15℃,冷凝管下部用冰水浴冷却,对滴丸进行梯度冷却;滴速为50~60滴/min;冷凝管长度120cm为最佳成型工艺。结论:本试验筛选出的滴丸最佳成型工艺,成型率高,符合滴丸剂的质量标准。 OBJECTIVE To establish the optimum preparation process for Lianzhen dripping pills. METHODS Designed L9 (3^4) orthogonal test with the choice of substrate, its proportion of substrate to drug, the dripping and drug temperature to make weight variation,dissolution time,hardness and roundness up to grade. RESULTS The best pills formatting process were the ratio of PEG 4000 to PEG 6000(1:1) ,drug to substrate(1:4). Drug temperature was 75 ℃. Liquid-paraffin was refrigerant. Drug was dropped into the permin- refrigerant of 5 - 15 ℃ by 50 to 60 dropping ute(freeze-pillar height 120 cm). Moulding probability is of the highest one. CONCLUSION The optimized moulding process results in high finished product rate and good quality.
