碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对创伤性皮肤缺损的临床疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对创伤性皮肤缺损的临床疗效。方法:实验组46例患者用碱性成纤维细胞生长因子进行创面换药治疗,对照组50例患者常规创面换药,比较两组愈合时间、创面愈合率、肉芽组织成熟程度。结果:实验组较对照组愈合时间有统计学意义(P<0.05);第7天创面愈合率、肉芽组织成熟程度比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);第14天和第21天,创面愈合率、肉芽组织成熟程度比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对创伤性皮肤缺损治疗具有很好的效果,可以缩短愈合时间,增加创面愈合率和肉芽组织生长。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the skin wound. METHODS The trial group of 23 patients' wound was treated with BFGF. At the same time the control group of 25 patients' wound was treated with the routine way. The resuhs of the healing time, wound-healing rate and the mature degree of granulation tissues was compared. RESULTS There was statistic significance of trial group's to control group in terms of the healing time (P〈0.05). After the 7^th days, there was no statistic significance in terms of the wound-healing rate and the mature degree of granulation tissues. After the 14^th and 21^th days, there was statistic significance on the two aspects. CONCLUSION The bFGF can shorten the healing time, increase the wound-hearing rate and promote the growth of granulation tissues.
