摘要
毛竹一年四季均可产笋,夏、秋两季鞭笋的生产时间长达4个月之久。根据毛竹的生长特性,选择适宜的毛竹林,采取控制毛竹密度、科学施肥、合理挖笋等技术,能提高毛竹产笋量,可在夏、秋两季供应鞭笋,调节竹鲜笋供应淡旺不均的矛盾。
According to the growth characteristics of bamboo, shoot can be generated in every season. Rhizome shoots grow in summer and autumn, which last more than 4 months. Choosing suitable bamboo forest, controlling the density, fertilizing and excavating scientifically, production of bamboo will increase. Furthermore, the development of rhizome shoot will ease the contradiction between supply and demand in summer and autumn.
